A new natural order : a new type of landscape made of an artificial and natural synthesis. Natural landscape gets object of possibile transformations, gets artificial and at the same time, in the concept of architecture, starts off a process in which traditional values lose their importance and a research of environmental elements that coincide exactly with our new society values takes place.

Film in movement : located on the line along the upper part of the trestle, apartments look like a big film that turns inhabitants in shadows, shapes in movement.

It is like a screen that receives and transmits informations; ateliers connected to apartments by a central stairway are like suspended, hanging by the trestle like pure parallelepiped which nature has to conform to. Prismatic volumes made of white translucent polycarbonate in which light, essential factor for artists’ study, gently satisfy assigner requirements.
